Senior Strategy Consultant

You will lead complex client engagements and work directly with C-suite stakeholders. More importantly, you will help Nidas Global become better at what it does — by challenging frameworks, feeding intelligence back into SPARK, and mentoring the next generation of consultants.

What You Will Do
  • Lead end-to-end engagements from diagnostic to capability transfer
  • Work directly with executive stakeholders on genuinely complex decisions
  • Apply Shadow Pivot and Outnomics frameworks to real, high-stakes situations
  • Contribute validated intelligence back into SPARK after every engagement
  • Mentor junior consultants — not by telling them answers but by sharpening their questions
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years in management consulting — ideally with experience of ambiguous, open-ended problems
  • Strong pattern recognition across business contexts
  • Comfort with incomplete information and genuine ambiguity
  • Someone who argues constructively — including with us
  • A bias for doing over presenting

Financial Intelligence Analyst — Outnomics
📍 Global · Hybrid 🕐 Full-time 💼 3+ years

Most financial analysts are trained to see what the numbers show. We need someone who is equally interested in what the numbers are hiding — and why.

What You Will Do
  • Build forward-looking financial intelligence frameworks for enterprise clients
  • Identify the gap between what financial reporting shows and what is operationally true
  • Design executive dashboards that support real-time decisions, not retrospective reviews
  • Work with SPARK to surface patterns across industry cost structures
What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or management consulting
  • Genuine curiosity about the gap between data and reality
  • Advanced modelling skills and comfort with ambiguous datasets
  • Someone who asks "why does this look so clean?" when reviewing accounts

  • Build and iterate on SPARK's core AI and knowledge management systems
  • Develop intelligence capture pipelines from live client engagements
  • Connect to client data sources and build grounded recommendation systems
  • Work directly with consulting teams to understand what the system needs to learn next
What We Are Looking For
  • 4+ years in AI/ML engineering, NLP, or knowledge systems
  • Strong Python; experience with LLMs, RAG, or knowledge graphs

  • Deploy SpendSense methodology across procurement, overhead, and vendor contracts
  • Find the leakage that previous audits normalised
  • Quantify and present findings in terms that create executive urgency
  • Build governance frameworks the client team can sustain independently

  • 3+ years in procurement, spend analytics, or consulting
  • Strong data analysis and an instinct for what looks too tidy
  • Someone who reads a vendor contract and immediately asks who this benefits

This is not a graduate scheme where you rotate through teams doing supporting work. This is an entry point into a thinking system — and the thinking starts immediately.

What You Will Do
  • Work on live client engagements from month one
  • Rotate across all five Nidas frameworks with structured reflection after each
  • Contribute observations to SPARK from your engagement experience
  • Own a real deliverable within three months — not supporting someone else's
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong academic thinking from any discipline — subject does not matter
  • Intellectual restlessness — someone who finds received wisdom suspicious
  • Comfort with not knowing and willingness to say so
  • Someone who reads the brief and then questions whether the brief is right
